Welcome back to the Embedded Bytes Newsletter! I have several exciting announcements for this issue:

First, this month I’ve pulled together several articles that I believe you will find interesting and will help enhance your embedded skillset. The articles include:

Embedded Systems Courses

Nearly every embedded engineer knows what makes up an RTOS and the tools available to write an application, but they don’t understand how to apply those fundamentals to design and build an RTOS application for production.

This course is for developers who know the basics but want to learn how to design a system that is schedulable, robust, efficient and scalable while skipping over all the time normally spent debugging a system.

This course takes a hands-on approach by having attendees design and build their own IoT connected product using a development board all using an RTOS.

There are seven sessions and seven labs that allow design theory to be learned and then best practices applied. Each lab and lecture is approximately 1 – 1.5 hours long each.

The course sessions include:

RTOS Application Design Principles
RTOS Application Design Patterns
Securing RTOS Applications
RTOS Pitfalls and Issues
Optimizing RTOS Applications
Debugging Tools and Techniques
Best Practices

Live sessions will take place on Tuesdays @ 2 p.m. ET from April 13th – June 1st.

Recordings are provided so no need to fret if you can’t make the live sessions.
